J. Stanley Fredrick is a self-made American businessman who started selling pots and pans door to door when he was 16 years old. With his brother John Fredrick, he later co-founded Colony House, a private label cookware company and Cameo/Colesce Couture, a distributor of intimate apparel.

Over the years, Fredrick excelled as a salesman and as a partner, CEO, investor, and board member for both private and publicly traded companies. He says his secret to success was being lucky enough to find the direct selling industry and has had three distinct careers within it: 20 years in the cookware business, 25 years in the bra/lingerie party plan business, and more than 20 years in nutrition/network marketing.

Fredrick, who has been actively involved with the Direct Selling Association for over 40 years, has been inducted into the organization’s highest honor, the “Hall of Fame,” and into the Direct Selling Education Foundation’s “Circle of Honor.”

Fredrick currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Mannatech. He and his wife, Judy, have five children, twelve grandchildren, and live in Flower Mound, Texas.
